Anand kumar suri has started tonsmiles life sciences private limited in the year 2015.Anand kumar suri is known in short as aks. Aks started his career as a medical representative in cipla. From then on he went up the ladder with different assignments as an area manager, regional manager, strategic business manager, general manager, cmo and ceo. Aks has worked in many of the reputed companies with different designations. The companies like cipla, panacea, zydus cadila, bharat biotech, sudarshan biotech, pulse pharmaceuticals before starting tonsmiles life sciences. His vast experience indifferent pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies have given him a lot of value addition and contribution in the pharma and biotech industry. Many of the new products were launched under his guidance as a core assignment and strategically many things were formulated in the companies to increase the revenues.
Aks has done his phd in psychology, pgdbm from osmania university and certified neuro-linguistictrainer and a patient counsellor. A lot of training programs have been conducted for many paramedics, doctors in wound care dressings. The passion towards launching tonsmiles is only to stop amputation due to diabetic foot ulcers and stop the agony of patients who were suffering from burn accidents. Many times personally aks has done the dressing when he was handling higher posts like co and cmo. His passion towards this noble cause has helped him join as an adviser to the indian podiatry association. Indian podiatry association was started with national president dr. Aps suri in delhi and today it is available in 19 states with 1300doctors purely working to stop amputations and cure the patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcers. As of now during the covid time, 60 webinars were conducted highlighting the importance of podiatry problems to stop amputation.
Dr. Aks has done his senior management from iim kolkata. Aks has trained more than 10,000 students on visualization, mind mapping, and memory technique for this he has received a prestigious award from unicef.
